Delivery Partners
Orders are handled by official courier partners:
- Lalamove
- Grab
- Transportify
For bulk or tall units, delivery may be handled by company trucks
Tracking details will be sent via email once the order is processed
Order Processing
Order cut-off time: 10:00 AM (business days)
Orders placed after cut-off are processed the next business day
Example: Order placed Saturday 12:00 PM → processed Monday (if not a holiday)

Failed Delivery / Return Policy
If items are returned due to incorrect address or buyer-related issues:
- Buyer shoulders shipping costs (both directions)
- Customers must ensure correct delivery details before checkout
