Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of the Site.

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

All products and services displayed on the Site are subject to availability. Prices are shown in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders, including those that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors in pricing, availability, or other circumstances. If payment has been made, any cancelled order will be refunded in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the applicable payment method for the total order amount, including taxes, delivery fees, and other applicable charges. Payment methods accepted will be indicated on the Site. All payments are subject to validation and authorization by the payment provider.

Delivery schedules provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Delivery and installation services, where applicable, are governed by our Shipping, Delivery, and Installation Policy.

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Consumer rights under Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines) shall apply and will not be waived.

Products sold through the Site are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty and/or distributor warranty as described in the Warranty Terms provided with the product or published on the Site. These warranties are in addition to rights granted under Philippine consumer protection laws.

If the Site allows reviews, comments, or other user-generated content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce such content for lawful purposes. You represent that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

All content on the Site, including trademarks, logos, text, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Electrolux and/or the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to infringe upon the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

The Site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated herein. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or purchase of products, except where liability is mandatory under law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Site shall, as far as practicable, be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Pasig City, Philippines. Arbitration clauses and jury waivers under U.S. law are expressly excluded.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.

We process personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You consent to receive electronic communications from us relating to your orders, account, or these Terms. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
